Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these routes for common Barron County court-record needs:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

The main phone is 715-537-6265, the fax is 715-537-6269, and copy requests may be emailed to Sharon.Millermon@wicourts.gov. The public counter is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed on legal holidays. Mail requests should include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Court filings cannot be submitted by email.
